Market research. Fundraising. Lead conversion.
One method, every campaign: the first conversation is honest: the agent says who they are and why they are calling, then listens. The agent who made the first call owns the callback, so the later call continues one trusted conversation. Same-agent callbacks convert about 70% better on average than callbacks passed to another agent; in one representative campaign roughly 7% became roughly 13%. Rates vary by campaign, so we quote the work, not a universal promise.
The best people make us the cheapest for results. One charity went somewhere with a lower price, but the cost for each new donor ended up over 600% higher.
Something already going wrong? Use our campaign trouble checker to separate poor leads, the wrong audience, a weak opening, caller problems and broken callbacks. Starting something new? Build a calling plan from the work, the people and what happened before the call.
Calls can be recorded where required. Remote access is locked down, client files are returned through a protected file service with a separate password, and campaign data follows the agreed retention schedule.
When RTÉ Does Comic Relief needed its live donation lines answered, our 40 agents were the only call-centre team on the phones. They answered about 8,000 of roughly 10,000 incoming calls in two and a half hours. Phone and online giving together raised more than €5 million on the night. Read the full record.
Optional for clients who want complete control of risk: Dagmor call review: transcription, scoring, evidence and reporting kept together, with people making the final judgement. See Dagmor in practice or visit dagmor.app.
