When people write to the client about the caller
People regularly contact end clients to praise ContactCentre.ie callers, offer them jobs and describe them as a credit to the organisation.
Remember what we are asking for: somebody's time or somebody's money. Yet people still go out of their way to praise the caller afterwards.
The praise reaches the client
End clients regularly receive letters and emails saying how wonderful the callers are. A phrase that returns is that the agent is a credit to the organisation. This happens in fundraising and market research.
The callers are offered jobs
People on the other end of the phone have repeatedly tried to recruit our agents. That is unusual evidence: the person was interrupted by an outbound call, but finished it wanting the caller inside their own organisation.
One person found the centre at Christmas
After fundraising calls with two of our agents, one person worked out which call centre had made the calls and sent them a Christmas card. We keep the people's names private. The card matters because nobody asked for it and no score sheet created it.
