ContactCentre.ie is a privately owned outbound contact centre in Carndonagh, Co Donegal. Market research, charity fundraising, social lead conversion and customer calling, completed by experienced people who are allowed to sound like themselves.
28 years in outbound calling. 15 agents here since day one, 13 years ago. 50 people: 25 full-time and 25 flexible. 150,000+ regular givers signed up. Same-agent callbacks convert about 70% better.
Meet our teamHOW THE WORK GETS DONE
The first 30 seconds are honest. The caller says who they are and why they are calling, then listens. If someone cannot help or should not be asked, they are not asked. The agent who made the first call makes the callback, so the second conversation continues the first instead of restarting it. That is where the results come from.

For one Special Olympics Ireland fundraising day, the Carndonagh office filled with capes, masks and superheroes. The photographs are real, the people are ours, and the spirit is the same one they bring to every fundraising campaign.

Ireland’s leading research agencies bring us their telephone fieldwork: studies for government departments, the major banks, telecoms, energy companies, leading retailers and the big professional-services firms. Our interviewers have completed national fieldwork for UK general elections, Irish elections and the Brexit referendum. On the charity side, we fundraise for most of Ireland’s leading charities.
Clients come back because the alternative did not get the results. Much of our work comes from people who have already seen this team complete a campaign and choose the same agents again when they move to a new organisation.
